2. Aloe juice
You might have heard of aloe vera, but did you know you can buy aloe vera juice? This juice is available in good health stores, so if you don’t have it already, be sure to head on down to one of your local stores and ask if they have it.
The reason this juice is so good for acid reflux is that it helps reduce inflammation. By drinking half a cup of aloe juice, your stomach will be eased and the irritation reduced, and your esophagus cooled down and soothed at the same time, thanks to the lining it forms on your insides.
Do remember, however, that aloe juice is a laxative. You can buy the juice with the laxative qualities removed or reduced.
