It might sound weird that fighting acid with acid might work, but it really does. Apple cider vinegar for instance is a great way to reduce acid reflux. This is because most cases of acid reflux occur as a result of the stomach not having enough acid. Without enough acid, the esophegal sphincter doesn’t close itself properly, causing the reflux.
Raw apple cider vinegar can work wonders for this, and you’ll only need to take about one tablespoon of it before you start feeling the effects.
