According to Osbourne, when she stopped drinking, ‘the weight literally dropped off’ – and that makes sense. Alcoholic drinks are generally packed full of sugar and other additives, and full of calories.
The more you drink the more weight you gain, and the less you drink, the easier it will be for you to lose the weight that you have gained previously. If you don’t want to cut out drink entirely however, consider simply reducing the amount that you drink or alternatively, sipping on gin or vodka with slimline tonic water.
