10. Get Physically Active.
The last thing you may have on your mind if you are feeling bloated is exercising, but this can be a great way to decrease the amount bloating you may have. When the body is active, the digestive system is able to work more effectively, which means you are able to process the gas, move it along, and expel it from your body. Rather than letting time pass with rest, consider going on a brisk walk around the park in your neighborhood. Make sure your walk is at least 20 minutes and consider doing this after every meal if possible, especially if you have severe bloating.
