Coconut oil can stop that. Lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid are all found in coconut oil, and they have antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial properties. These acids can help the immune system fight off infections. The fatty acids in lauric acid also help the body turn fat into monolaurin, which is effective in treating a multitude of viruses.
