10. Muscle Strain.
Similar to the post-workout pain you may feel after a good workout, muscle strain can cause some problems in your lower limbs. A muscle strain occurs when one of your muscles is stretched beyond its capacity, which can cause it to feel painful and limp (depending on the severity). A muscle strain is not something that comes about suddenly which means you must have done something to initiate the issue. However, once you recognize the condition, you can report to your doctor for further evaluation and treatment. Muscle strains are common and can be a major cause of leg pain, especially if the strain occurs in one of your leg muscles.
