Science has probably gotten too smart with certain things and when foods, especially seeds, are genetically altered in order to produce bigger, larger, and more quantity of crop then this has potential to do harm in you as well. While there is more data and research needed on genetically modified foods, there is potential of these foods to harm your health and cause certain genetic mutations in your own genes. This happens when you eat the food that was grown from this process and it does not matter how many times you wash the produce. Organic foods do not allow the use of genetic modification when it comes to crops, which means safer and cleaner food for you.
